You may help by sponsoring one or more children with gift purchases based on shared family info about the child’s size and preferences, or by referring a family in need of support for their children to TACB. You can also refer a neighbor, friend or family member who is isolated or elderly and would appreciate a Fruit and Goodie Bag. You can donate funds to the Trumansburg Area Christmas Bureau to help us cover shopping for a child without a sponsor, cover the costs for food purchases for the families, Fruit and Goodie bags for Seniors, and our other operating expenses.

Sponsoring a Child/Children

If you would like to purchase gifts for one or more children, you can receive a sponsor letter and green postcard for sponsorship by calling (607) 387-3428 or emailing tburgchristmas@gmail.com and requesting those (please include your name and full mailing address). The sponsor letter and green postcard will be sent out to you promptly. The letter will explain the process of becoming a sponsor, with details and information. There is also sponsorship information on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Donate Funds

If you prefer, donations of money of any amount are most welcome. You can donate funds to the Trumansburg Area Christmas Bureau to help us cover our shopping for a child who does not have a sponsor, help cover the costs for food for the families during the December break from school (5 bags of groceries & fresh produce), Fruit and Goodie bags for Seniors, and/or assist with our other operating expenses. We appreciate donations of any amount.
